S1: E1 | Setting Up and Activating Account

Follow these steps and you’ll have your GlasCore account set up in no time.

Once you’ve requested to set up an account go to your emails.

Look for an email from GlasCore. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, check your junk —sometimes our automated emails are sent there. 

So once you’ve found the email, copy the invitation code and click on the hyperlink. You’ll be sent sent to an account setup page. 

Paste your invitation code into the Invitation Code box. 

Your email address will have been automatically entered. 

Create a username, it can be anything you’d like it to be. 

Create a password and re-enter it—try to create something memorable. We don’t have any requirements for passwords. 

Read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. 

Now click Create Account.

You’ll arrive at the GlasCore login page. You can ask our system to autofill your email address, but not your password, this is for security reasons —we want your data to be safe! 

If you don’t want to enter your password every time you login you can ask your browser to remember your password for you. 

Enter your email address and password to sign in. 

After entering your login details click SIGN IN.

You’ll go straight to the dashboard and now you can building your GlasCore account.

S1: E2 | Dashboard Tour

Follow these steps, and you’ll get to know GlasCore in no time.

Once you have access to your account, you can import your data into the dashboard and then you’ll be able to create topics and visualisations.

Navigation Bar

To the left of your screen, you’ll find the navigation bar. When you hover over the icons their titles will appear.

In the top left corner of the screen, you’ll see the burger menu. When you click this the navigation bar expands and reveals the titles of each page.

Use the navigation bar to get around GlasCore.

Dashboard

You can store up to 6 Visualisations on the dashboard. It’s an interactive page that allows you to view and analyse the productivity of your farming business.

Create Visualisations

The Create Visualisations page is where you use your data to create visualisations. 

Enter your topics and columns to visualise your farming business’s productivity. 

Data

The Data page is where all of your topics are stored. When you import data into the dashboard, they appear here as cards.

Toolshed

The Toolshed is where you’ll find all of the tools and integrations that allow you to import your data into the dashboard.

Settings

In Settings, you can update your account details and settings.

Use the edit pen to update any of your account details. 

DATE AND TIME allows you to select and change how the date and time are displayed on your dashboard.

S1: E3 | Adding Tools and Integrations

Follow these steps and you’ll be using tools and integrations in no time.

Tools and integrations are functions within the dashboard. To get started you should add Data Import to your Toolshed, this allows you to import your data into GlasCore.

Go to the Toolshed —it’s the shed icon on the navigation bar. 

To add tools to your Toolshed click on EXPLORE TOOLS. Find the tool you’d like to use and click ADD TO MY ACCOUNT and Confirm. Now, you should find the tool in your Toolshed. 

To add integrations to your Toolshed click on EXPLORE INTEGRATIONS. Find the integration you’d like to use and click on ADD TO MY ACCOUNT and Confirm. Now, you should find the integration in your Toolshed.
